Los Bellotos is a single-estate specialty coffee grown at Finca Los Bellotos in the Santa Ana region of El Salvador, on the volcanic slopes of Cerro Verde at 1,400–1,700 m altitude. Cultivated under the shade of native Belloto trees, this 100% Bourbon Arabica benefits from a unique microclimate and biodiversity.

The coffee is fully washed and sun-dried on patios and raised beds, ensuring clarity and consistency in the cup. Roasted in Italy by Le Piantagioni del Caffè, this lot delivers a dark roast profile designed for both espresso and filter brewing.
