This lot is from the Kenawat / Fahman Yoga project in the Gayo region of Sumatra, Indonesia. Fahman Yoga, a former professional footballer, has collaborated with Adena Coffee to revive and elevate coffee production in his home village of Kenawat. The beans come from his own farm as well as from nearby smallholders. These are agro-forestry coffees grown under shade with 2–5 tree species, hand-harvested, carefully sorted, and dried on patios — a challenging process in this humid region. The variety is processed using wet-hulled anaerobic method at around 1,100 meters above sea level, imparting intense flavor character. Expect a rich, fruity and earthy profile, with pronounced notes of dark chocolate, tropical fruit, and a smooth body. This 250 g Drip edition is crafted for filter or drip brewing to bring out clarity, complexity, and the signature Indonesian depth Fahman Yoga is cultivating.
