Coopchebi is a 100% Arabica specialty coffee sourced from the Coopchebi Cooperative, a storied organization established in 1942, comprising about 150 farmers across 13 groups in the Junín and Pasco regions of Peru.

Grown in the lush highlands of Peru—specifically in the Chanchamayo region at elevations between 1,500 and 1,850 meters above sea level—the coffee benefits from cool, stable mountain climates that contribute to its nuanced flavor.
