Grown in the Rulindo district at around 1,776 meters above sea level, the Red Bourbon cherries are cultivated and processed at the Mukoto washing station under the expert care of Venuste Muginareza. The cherries are meticulously floated, pre-dried, and finished on raised African beds, ensuring exceptional uniformity and flavor clarity.
